Prior to this week I had just been offered an industrial placement to do, so much of my work was spent refining this idea. I originally submitted an idea for a personal project which was to build a mobile app to allow users to queue media remotely and have this queue played through one central location.

I was then offered a live project idea from my placement employers – Sabisu. I decided to do this over a personal project idea as firstly the project handbook recommended doing a live project over a personal one. Furthermore, I felt that the frequent interaction I would need with an actual client would give me a greater motivation to keep going with the project – not to mention that the project idea sounds much cooler!
